The Aim

The aim of this project was to deliver a high-spec electrical installation as part of the reception refurbishment at 20 Chapel Street—one of Liverpool’s premier office buildings. The goal was to enhance the visual impact, functionality, and user experience of the reception area through modern lighting and power solutions, while maintaining full compliance with commercial building standards.

The Solution

• Working in a Live Environment:
As the building remained operational throughout the works, we coordinated closely with building management to minimise disruption and ensure safety for occupants and visitors.
• Architectural Integration:
The Corian wall lighting required precision installation to align with the interior design vision. Our team worked closely with joiners and designers to achieve a flawless finish.
• Tight Programme:
With a fixed handover deadline, we implemented a phased schedule and maintained clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.

The Outcome

The reception at 20 Chapel Street now features a modern, functional, and visually striking electrical setup that enhances the building’s prestige and tenant experience. The project was delivered on time and to specification, with all systems fully tested and commissioned. The client praised our attention to detail and ability to adapt to the evolving design requirements.

"Delivered electrical refurbishment at 20 Chapel Street’s main reception, installing new lighting and power while fully operational."
