The Aim
The primary aim of this project was to deliver a fully integrated electrical infrastructure across four newly constructed warehouse units at Croft Retail Park, Wirral. The objective was to ensure each unit was equipped with safe, efficient, and future-proof electrical systems that met all regulatory standards and client specifications.
This included:
• Providing reliable power distribution to support diverse operational needs
• Enhancing safety through compliant fire alarm and emergency lighting systems
• Supporting sustainability with EV charging installations and energy-efficient lighting
• Completing external works to improve site-wide safety and resilience, including lightning protection and street lighting
The project was designed to create a modern, functional, and secure environment for future tenants, while aligning with long-term energy and maintenance goals.
The Solution
With four separate warehouses under development simultaneously, our team implemented a phased installation schedule and close coordination with other trades to avoid delays.
